Beta service terms

Clarity Measure is operated for ClarityStride by Chris Hagerman. It estimates lawn area from available property imagery. Using the service means accepting these terms.
Your account and measurements
Keep your password and API keys private. Only submit addresses and information you are entitled to use. Review property identity, boundaries, imagery dates and results before quoting or working. Measurements are estimates, not surveys, legal property boundaries or guarantees of service responsibility. Image quality, trees and changes at the property can affect results. No particular accuracy percentage or completion time is guaranteed.
Credits and subscriptions
The checkout page shows the current price and included credits before purchase. One completed measurement with a usable area consumes one credit. A failed attempt returns its reserved credit. After two failed attempts at one address, support must review the issue before another attempt. Reopening a saved result does not use another credit. Starting a new measurement is a new request.
Monthly plans renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not create a refund for a past payment. Purchased and unused credits remain on the account after cancellation. Contact support about billing mistakes or a result that needs investigation. No automatic top-up is enabled by default.
Integrations and acceptable use
API and MCP usage follows the same account credits and measurement limits. Do not share keys publicly, evade rate limits, attempt to access another account, or overload imagery providers. Access may be restricted to investigate abuse, security issues or unpaid charges. Preserve imagery attribution and follow applicable provider terms, including the Google Maps terms.
