Clarity Measure currently focuses on turf: front, back, and side lawn areas. You can review the visible boundaries and exclusions alongside the property imagery. Additional measurement options may vary as the product develops.
They are estimates based on available imagery and the areas that can be identified. Shade, tree cover, image quality, and uncertain boundaries can affect a result. Review each measurement before using it for your work. Clarity Measure does not replace a land survey or an on-site assessment.
Clarity Measure gives you property measurements to inform your own estimating process. You set your service scope, labor assumptions, and pricing. Automatic customer quotes are not part of the current product.
The developer portal covers API and MCP access to the measurement service, including the capabilities available to your account. View the developer tools to learn how to connect.

Your account keeps saved measurements together so you can return to the property and review the result. An old result reflects the imagery and information used at the time; check that it still fits the current property.
