Clarity Measure is operated for ClarityStride by Chris Hagerman. We use your information to provide measurements, account access, billing and support.

What we store

We store your email and account details, submitted property addresses, source imagery, measurement attempts and saved outlines, timing and provider usage records, credit transactions, optional ratings, API-key hashes and support messages. Password authentication is handled by Supabase. API secrets are shown once when created. Stripe handles payment details; our application does not store your full card number.

Providers and processing

Supabase stores account and application data. Vercel runs the application and stores private source/result files. Google Maps supplies address matching, overhead imagery and available Street View. State and county imagery or parcel services may receive property coordinates. OpenAI receives the address, imagery and relevant measurement context to produce and review estimates. Optional issue classification may use TypeSafe/Jev. Resend delivers account, measurement and support emails, plus optional product updates when you have opted in; Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.

Source dates and limitations appear with measurements. OpenAI measurement requests use store=false; this setting does not override the provider's separate operational, security or abuse-monitoring retention policies. Provider terms and retention policies apply to their own services.

Access, cookies and marketing

Saved results are associated with your account. Authorized operators can access records to provide support and investigate failures. Essential signed cookies maintain your login. Browser storage may remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising trackers in this application. Optional marketing consent is separate from account, security, billing and measurement emails. We record consent and delivery status, and stop marketing follow-ups when you unsubscribe or a message reports a bounce or spam complaint. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can turn measurement notifications off in account settings.

Retention and requests

Saved measurements remain available while your account is active. Billing and operational records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Contact support@claritymeasure.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of account data, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not include payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information in property notes.
