Driveways, walks and lots
Pick Driveways, Sidewalks and walkways, or Parking lots and other paving under What to measure. Each comes back in square feet.
Public sidewalk kept apart
A public sidewalk is measured on its own and never counted as the customer's ground.
One price per search
Every search measures the lawn too, and adding paving does not change the price.

What can I measure with Clarity Measure?
The lawn: front, back and side turf, with the house, paving and beds left out and shown as exclusions you can check against the imagery. You can also ask for driveways, sidewalks and walkways, and parking lots, patios and other paving in the same search at the same price. Pick them under What to measure when you measure, or ask for them through the API or MCP. A public sidewalk is measured on its own and never counted as the customer's ground. Trees and shrubs are not measured yet.
Are the measurements exact?
They are estimates based on available imagery and the areas that can be identified. Shade, tree cover, image quality, and uncertain boundaries can affect a result. Review each measurement before using it for your work. If an edge is off, drag the outline to where it belongs and the total updates. Clarity Measure does not replace a land survey or an on-site assessment.
What counts as a search?
A search is one measurement of one address, whether it starts in the workspace, from a contact-form lead, or through the API or MCP. Every search costs the same, whatever the mode. Only a finished search is charged. A failed search is free, and anything it held goes back.
