Turf, not lot size
The number is the grass you treat. The house, driveway, walks and beds are left out and shown, so you can check them before you quote.
Your rate per 1,000 sq ft
Set it under Services. Requests from your contact form arrive in your Inbox with a quote worked out from your rate, for you to check and send.
Fix an edge yourself
If an edge is off, drag the outline to where it belongs and the total updates.

Why not price from the lot size?
The lot size covers the whole parcel, including the house, driveway, walks, beds and side yard. You only treat the grass, so a rate per 1,000 sq ft applied to the lot overcharges. Lot size vs lawn size works through an example.
Does Clarity Measure create a customer quote?
Yes, if you use the contact form. Add your prices under Services and put the form on your website. Each request that comes in is measured, which counts as a search, and your Inbox shows a quote worked out from your prices. You check it and send it yourself. The homeowner gets a receipt saying you will get back to them with a quote.
Are the measurements exact?
They are estimates based on available imagery and the areas that can be identified. Shade, tree cover, image quality, and uncertain boundaries can affect a result. Review each measurement before using it for your work. If an edge is off, drag the outline to where it belongs and the total updates. Clarity Measure does not replace a land survey or an on-site assessment.
What counts as a search?
A search is one measurement of one address, whether it starts in the workspace, from a contact-form lead, or through the API or MCP. Every search costs the same, whatever the mode. Only a finished search is charged. A failed search is free, and anything it held goes back.
